These two-hour seminars provide experiences designed to broaden perspectives
of individuals working toward a more inclusive community. Seminars are
offered at different times throughout the academic year and by request.
Attendees will get involved in some dynamic, life-changing activities
by participating in this free seminar hosted by the Chancellor's Council
on Diversity. The seminar focuses on the three steps or stages (identity,
presence, and intentionality) that form the foundation upon which stronger
relationships can be established. Participants will have opportunities
to engage in thought-provoking dialogue and experiences designed to
help each person broaden their perspectives and better understand the
value of differences at TCU and beyond.
This seminar is for anyone who seeks a deeper understanding of themselves,
how they affect others, and how others can affect them in an increasingly
diverse community.
